Freshness is one of the biggest determining factors of quality. That’s why when you place an order for one of our products, we guarantee it will be baked within 24 hours of your pick-up or drop off time.

We don’t use artificial, chemical preservatives.

Our products are made without chemical preservatives, because they are made for you to enjoy as soon as possible. All of our baked goods should be eaten or frozen within 1-4 days of you receiving them. We recommend freezing because it helps retain the integrity of the product.

Did you know that sourdough bread is actually healthier and easier for your body to digest than most common yeast raised breads? It’s made with wild yeasts, cultivated in a starter that also contains healthy bacteria for your gut biome. Due to our long fermentation process, it also contains acids that help it remain fresher for longer, eliminating the need for chemical preservatives. The best way to store sourdough bread once cut is to place it on a cutting board or in a container, cut side down. This keeps the crust from getting too soft, it is enough of a barrier to keep the inside from getting stale.
